Jennifer and Jim always responded quickly whenever we had questions, and were very patient with us. JR and Matt were the guys working in our home, and they were also easy to communicate with at all times.
Each day when JR and Matt showed up, they let us know what they would be working on each day, and then showed us their progress throughout the day. They would also tell us what was in store for the next day when they would leave.
